U.S. lists Cuba as Terrorist Country

As stated in its annual Country Reports on Terrorism (released April 28, 2006), the United States lists Cuba as one of six coutries whose governments "have repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism."

In how many ways can castro be declared a problem before the main stream media starts picking up on it?
