At least that's what an irresponsibly misleading title to an article on Caribbean Net News would have you believe: "Recovering Castro takes back seat running Cuba." But the article is merely based on a raul quote that fidel "is consulted on major issues but does not "interfere" in day-to-day governing."

We all know that the only seat fidel will be taking is a padded toilet seat on which to rest his artificial anus.
